I would like to be able to help you in this regard, but since most semi-pros where orginally ninja's or instructors for ninja's we are unable to break the habit of just appearing unannounced as if out of almost thin air

Josh it's best for all of us if the semi-pro appearances go unannounced thus avoiding a big media event.
I don't know if even USSA has the resources to keep order at the autograph tables.

Thanks Jesse, Quite often, our kind are looked down upon. We were denied access to park at a hotel in Missouri. For some reason they associated us with trailers. I guess that is slang up there for "groupies".

While at Midwest 3 Gun this past weekend, I was able to get myself caught up with some of the semi pro lingo. Here's an example.

"Shooting Like An Asshole" means that you are shooting way faster than you can reasonably aim at the target or at least well above your skill set.

Here's a scenario:

Me: "I heard he timed out on that stage. Did he have equipment problems?"
Semi Pro: "No. He timed out because he was shooting like an asshole."

The horror of this sign!!!! In the ancient time of the Samurai(the old term for semi-pro) we would have dragged the owner outside and disemboweled him before burning his business to the ground. But now that is not PC,people are so picky today.
