Seriously Nice Matt!

Be sure you put that Eotech through the paces before a match. Saw an eotech take a major dump in the middle of a long range stage and instead of stopping and taking the misses, dude rapid fired at 200 yards, wasted ammo, wasted time, pretty sure he sent some over the berm, and looked like a special olympics qualifier in the process.

Or make sure your iron sights are sighted in and you won't have a problem if the eotech does go down. BUIS, hmm, they are good for something... when sighted in.

Thanks the compliment on the rifle Wormy! That's why I have the backup sights on there, just in case batteries die or whatever.

Finally threw together my Loki build. Going to give it a good workout this weekend before stripping it all down and degreasing everything for a custom paint job. Still not sure if I want to bust out the duracoat and the airbrush and really bling it out or go with Krylon. If I go with Krylon, I will probably just do your standard custom camo. If I go with the duracoat route, I will probably bling it out with a custom theme.

I just threw on some spare MBUS BUIS I had lying around. Still unsure what I want in terms of optics.

Loki forged rifle upper
Loki stripped lower.
DPMS lower parts kit
Spikes tactical nickle-boron battle trigger group
UTG M4 6 position stock.
DPMS charging handle
Spikes Tactical standard M16 BCG.

Oh and here's my "Apple iRifle" (LWRC M6A3) again, just because I love this rifle so much.

It's just an apple sticker. It was the smallest one I could find.

I've actually done some comps in the past of a "civillian sporting/defense rifle" if it were to be designed by Apple, rofl. You know, if we lived in a society where people owned firearms like people owned iPods and music players. What would the general populace want in a rifle like this? Superior ergonomics, intuitive user interface, durability (different from what you would need in the sandbox) ect. The design geek in me drools a little at the thought because I think that type of thinking would revolutionize small firearms design beyond mil-spec and rails, ect.

Almost Finished.

Top - Nordic Components NC-22 Upper with 18" barrel, JP Extra Long Handguard, YHM Mite Suppressor, MagPul BUIS, EOTech XPS3-0

Bottom - Stag 3G with MagPul MSA, JP Extra Long Handguard, B.A.D.A.S.S, KNS Pins, Troy Ambi Mag Release, Badger Ordnance LH Charging Handle, MagPul BUIS, EOTech EXPS3-0, EOTech G.23 3.5x Magnifier with flip over mount.

Also have MagPul RSA and Streamlight PolyTech Flashlight in GG&G Ring Mount and a MagPul RVG for each gun.

Only things left are to replace the Stag 3G Comp with an AAC Blackout Flash Hider and possiby add a CMC trigger.

I've got more than 1000 rounds through the NC-22 and I'm going to take off tomorrow and bust the cherry on that 3G. Jesse wanted a report on the comp since he doesn't run that one and I want to play with it until it gets replaced.
