21" vs 24" shotgun barrel length for 3 gun?

I dont have one now...I wasnt taking it anywhere. I just wondered if I could cut it off and shoot it with a little touch up around the cut.

I wouldn't need to cut it much as it has a longer ext tube too

I have a 24" with +7 Nordic mag tube. Tube is about 2" longer than barrel and protects muzzle when you dump it.

I have a 26" barrel with a +9 Nordic tube which sticks out about 8" past the end of the barrel. It's certainly a long gun, for sure, but I'm 6'2" and don't have too much difficulty swinging it around and dumping in a barrel. Your mileage may vary, though.

I just bought a 26" M2 and retired the 24" M1. It ain't the arrow, its the Indian... But this Indian wanted a new arrow
wouldn't that actually be the Bow :D

I pressed my m2 hunting gun into 3G service so I have a 28" bbl and I think a 7+ tube. It's pretty close to the same length as the bbl. I may try to find a 26" bbl, but I need to feed my Dillon and shoot more first.

I do get a lot of weird looks when I show up to shoot skeet (since I got rid of my Browning O/U Citori) with my 21" M2 with my 9+ tube in purple at that!! -----however I've never had any issues shooting skeet or trap with the shorter barrel. I really think it's a lot about personal preference--I like the lighter weight it's not a huge difference but when I'm shooting 4 or 5 rounds of clays my arms start getting tired!
