2015 USPSA Limited, Open, Revolver Oklahoma Sectional

The 2015 Oklahoma Limited, Open and Revolver Sectional will be held at the Oklahoma City Gun Club in Arcadia OK on August 29th. We will be shooting 8 10 awesome stages with ~~over 225~~ 246 rounds.

Applications are online at Matchsignup.org (link below) This year the RO's will be part of the squad and shoot during the match with the competitors. A squad will shoot Friday so if you really need to shoot on Friday, Please let Greg Goode or I know and we will do our best to accommodate.

This will be a trophy match and a USPSA Level II approved match. We will need 16 volunteers to be RO's and they will shoot the match for free. We will be doing awesome shirts again this year and they will be available for order when you sign up. We will also get a few extras for purchase at the match. Lunch will be included in the entry and we will hold the rain off this year!!

OK folks. Checking okcgunclub.org and hitting the event calendar, it shows the range reserved for the match, which means its really, really official now!!

We are going to need a core staff of volunteers to make this thing work like last year (sans the rain).

I will help. Need firm dates to schedule time off. Tough to flex when you're considered essential staff at work.

Greg and I are going to meet next week to finalize dates. The only question is if we setup on Thursday and staff shoot friday, or if we setup friday and everyone shoots saturday. I am more inclined to the latter since it was a long 4 days last year..

I'm hoping to make it again this year.
My SIL is supposed to get married sometime in August but doesn't have a date yet.
My wife didn't like it when I said she needs to plan her wedding around the sectional.

I'll definitely be there warming up for Area 4, and I would be more than happy to take a day or two off the week before and help set up the match.

Just fyi, we WILL have a low light/dark house stage this year. The stages are coming along nicely and I think we will top last year for stage design. Still not sure if we will summon rain but.
