2011 High Plains Shooting Challenge, June 25th & 26th

Holy Heck this safe is NICE! fire lined UL listed and 24 gun capacity from Stack on Products. Someone is going to end up with a $900 dollar safe and that isn't the only prize in that price range!! Come on out and wi8n some stuff. I can't keep it all here! Kurt

24 GUN SAFE,
That could double as a hidy hole when tornados come a calling.
How does this prize table work?
1st place walks thru 1st?

Trapr I think Erik at Loki might be contacting you about getting you guys some goodies as well.

Jesse I am going to go ahead and check the air on my trailer tires to make sure I am ready to haul that safe back to my place. :)

Trapr and Kurt would never put good prizes on the 1x prize table. I am going to take a few of my guns to Kurts place tonight and preload it so its not so much work when I get it home next Sunday.

Why would it work any other way? I know, I know it does some places.

I can work with that.
I usually like the 85 item in value.
I think I can manage 85th place.
I hope, HA!
I may not get the safe though.

So, just so that I'm clear on what type of ammo I can (or need to) bring. Bi-metal is ok, ie, steel jacketed, lead core - Wolf will be fine. It does attract a magnet but only the jacket does. Please advise.
Thanks,
Aaron

Wolf is Okie dokie. as long as the core isn't steel or something harder than lead, you will be OK. If it does cause issues with the targets we'll ask for a sample and double check, but factory Wolf will be acceptable.

Also, Registration will be held pretty much all day friday, from 9am till probably 6 or 7pm, till the RO;s finish shooting, pick up your shooters pack, double check your division, pay for your mulligan, check out stages, those of you that still need to pay can do so then as well. Registration will be in the normal building we've always used across from the saloon, there might be a sign that reads "register"

Thanks for the heads up in registration. Almost just showed up on Saturday expecting to sign in and shoot and win.

I just wanted to invite all my BoomerShooter homies and their wives that are shooting the match out to my house next Saturday after the match for a social event by my pool. I'll have some cold drinks, the pool will be open, there is a grill available if you want to bring something to burn. Bring a folding chair, G rated swim suit (unless your female then anything goes) and maybe a 6 pack of your favorite adult beverage in case I don't have enough to go around 12 times each.

You can also do registration on saturday before shooting but if too many do that it will cause a delay, so please try and get there friday. saturday registration will be open from 8am-ish to first round down range.

thanks for the invite Jesse - If I get an extended pass from the wife I might do that. I'll even manage the grill for you and the guests!

I am planning on heading out there on Friday - I gotta take off of work early to go up to the Apple Store in Penn Square, so I can come out after that. If I'm lucky, I might get to send a few rounds down range too.

JT - Don't forget to put that BoomerShooter.com banner up - everyone spread the word and Tony enjoy your FREE entry.

Wish I could be at the pool after the match but not possible anymore.

You guys have fun, take pictures, and remember - wear BoomerShooter.com gear to be eligible for the Major Match Giveaway!!!!!! Photo proof is required!!!

Fun little practice session with Mike and Chris this morning. Going to be a good match for the okies.

Any match cancellations after right now will not be eligible for a refund, sorry but you've tied up a slot for someone else and it is now too late to fill.

on that note I've got 5 more slots if anyone wants a last second entry into the match.
