2 Gun at the Dry Hole - $1000 to win - April 26, Alex, OK

Don't forget to put the ammo on ice too. The trick is to have your beer cold prior to freezing the gun and ammo that way you have something to drink while you wait.

In all seriousness though the adjustable gas block is a gamer item. You don't need one unless you like living on the edge.

It was real nippley & WST is supposed to be reverse temperature sensitive, I remember thinking "i must be making power factor with 3.5 grs of WST pushing 147's."

The results ran like the rest of the match. Nobody kept an accurate score of penalties. One section had a penalty of 60 seconds for not spinning a piece of heavy steel, but we're only deduced 10 seconds by the person typing in the scores.
If you were friends with one of the guys keeping score you could also shoot the stage 3-4 times until you got a score you liked.
Sweeping people up range with a loaded weapon was a common occurrence and nobody got DQ'd for it.
Squads weren't allowed to split up in 2 until we were already 3 hours in and still on the first stage.

David Foley said their .50 BMG gun broke on the first shot.
Corey (first shooter) broke the extractor on the 2nd shot and it took them 30 minutes to finally decide to take the .50 off the stage, give Corey a reshoot, and keep the match going.
