Not sure of year built guessing early 60's but anyone with knowledge of 1911's surely knows of one of the 1st master smiths Armand Swenson and his trademark of using S&W K frame sights, sharing for the younger crowd
eye candy for the been there bunch, zero malfunctions shot great just one of the classics that you do not see anymore..
Built on a vintage 1918-1911 Colt frame, enjoy all, we also took a 1967 National Match with us today that is a real tack driver for sure, both shot very well the 67NM was in the class of my STI which I shot great....
We were doing body/head transitions and 2 of us had zero misses out of 4 runs then switched to my 8" 9mm carbine and used that. 20 yds distance with all… Loading 8 rounds only.
