Selling/trading to a shop is a matter of convenience/peace of mind and should be done with the understanding you are paying the "I don't want to deal with people/sit on these/assume I'm not selling to a felon, thief, etc." premium. You'll get the most money selling or trading them directly...

Entirely possible it dies. It's also a remote possibility it comes out as is. I'm pretty sure it can also be amended in committee can't it? If so, it's slightly more likely for it to come out removing the aspects that could allow for permitless carry.

Just use common sense. Keep it safe, have a clear lane of fire, and keep the shooting to reasonable hours.

IANAL, nor did I stay at a holiday inn last night. But I'd say you are probably fine. If it was still on your record you'd have likely been flagged when trying to buy a firearm.

Totally forgot to update here when mine came in lol. Took two months exactly. They received my paperwork May 2nd and permit came in July 2nd. The lady I spoke with was polite and professional when I called a couple weeks after sending it in to make sure they received the packet.

So great Remington is literally offering a free replacement with the "fixed" version they are set to produce later this year. Sad to say, it looked interesting and if it had delivered as promised would have been a nice pistol. But they missed the mark big time. Only people who like this thing...

This is the most likely. Long story short, several years ago my Uncle and I were in a Walmart around 1 am because he wanted to buy a car stereo. They literally had no one with the keys, or access to the keys, to open the case with the car stereos at that time.

It actually happens often that there's a flub on a price. So it probably was never supposed to be 65, someone probably did something wrong or got wires crossed and 65 bucks was supposed to be the next item in line. They usually get it resolved pretty quick.

Yeeep. Greenville wasted no time in putting a compliant sign up for folks to print off. Except that I'd be willing to bet at least 99% of the signs printed off weren't compliant as they weren't the right size. Regulation size is different than standard office printer paper :twisted:

Dunno about right now but I believe I've seen them periodically. Always seems to be at least something on sale or as a combo deal.

Not like the city wasted anytime making sure signs were available to print offline :roll: But yeah, I'd say it's not at every entrance so it's technically moot. Whether I trust the city of Greenville to make the distinction is a little more gray though, I'm debating that one.

I rather like shopping at PSA personally, and the AR I got from them has been awesome. Sales tax is hardly their fault.

Same difference and an all around bad idea. Personally, I don't have any interest in being the test case so a lawyer can argue a veeeeery shaky technicality that 99.9% of folks aren't going to see as a technicality at all.

I was laying on the couch and felt in Anderson. Felt a slight rumble, water in the fish tank got ripply, and then felt the main event for a few seconds. Nothing really rattled but the fish tank water. Dogs perked their ears but not much else.

IMO, PSA can't be beat at or near the price point.
