Hunting on public land seriously, you need to look at a stand. I've still hunted on GMA land with little success. Using a stand makes things a lot nicer. It's worth the money for the increased chances of a successful hunt.

I use ?Simple Green? for most everything on a weapon. Use Hoppe's or a Teflon product on the barrel. Started with this cleaner after viewing some AGI DVDs on various firearms assembly/disassembly.
