    Updated High Hit Factors information

So what is the opinion of those on the forum? The increase in HF is (1) due to better equipment or (2) due to shooters getting better?

    Urban Carry G2

Looks like it might print less than front pocket carry and possibly faster draw. I find it interesting but will wait for someone else to be the guinea pig.

    Is it Legal in Oklahoma?

I believe the Shockwave is rated for 3" shells. Take someone you don't overly like to the range and hand them a box of Prairie Storm to shoot. A dollar says they won't make it through a box. I've quickly worked my way down to the Winchester AA Super Light (970 fps) shells. Tolerable but...

    Is it Legal in Oklahoma?

First time I ever saw a Mossberg Shockwave was at a pawn shop in Oklahoma. I questioned the legality (I did not know about the "its not a shotgun, its a firearm" stuff) and was told that there was no law in Oklahoma that said you could not have one, but he also advised maybe they needed someone...

Hunting & shooting stickers on vehicles

Its the same in Houston. In November two upstanding citizens waited outside a local indoor range in Houston waiting for our USPSA Thursday night match to finish. They followed two of our shooters until they stopped to pick up a snack for the road. Minutes later the upstanding citizens were...

Trigger recommendations for a PCC build

I've had excellent results with the Hiperfire 24 series triggers. Got them in three Glock mag lowers. All were bought before the prices dropped. Just made a good deal a lot better.

    Sold/Expired Diamondhead VRST $79.99 - Primary Arms

Not sure how long they were available but all but the 15" were gone by the time I heard about the sale. (Late afternoon yesterday). Congrats to those that were able to get one.

    Carry on.

Makes for easy selection by the local criminals. Gee, which vehicles should I break into?

    Liberal arguments

It takes a special kind of stupid. The liberals want to take our guns. We've got them out numbered and out gunned. Good luck with that.

    Relocated to Houston texas

Not sure I understand your question. If you already own the guns and they are in your possession, Texas does not require any type of registration of the individual guns. If you are talking range requirements, some require a safety orientation before you can participate in some of the shooting...

    Carry on.

Some folks say they don't carry on a regular basis due to the weight of the gun, concern with being "discovered" or just don't want to bother. Provided its legal (got your CCW?) carry tomorrow. If all goes well (it will) carry again the next day. Rinse and repeat. Given a little time...

    Relocated to Houston texas

Welcome to Texas. I'm up north in the Conroe area. Houston is a big place but if you are willing to put up with the traffic, lots of ranges, classes and gunsmiths. My knowledge is mostly related to USPSA. I'd be glad to answer any questions. Bill
