Well-Known Fanatic
Don't know what to do, maybe I could get some thoughts here.
I have a Bushmaster Lower, carbine adj stock with a Yankee-Hill upper with a 12" barrel with a 4" extension.
It was purchased before I fell head over heals with 3gun and rifle competition.
I need to upgrade.
So now, to buy a JP barrel, SJC Titan comp, low profile gas block, extended hand guard, new bolt and low mass carrier, when they get some made, is in the $1k range.
With what I gave for the current gun which was close to $1k then I would be close to $2k in the gun.
That is where I am stumped. $2k is getting close to what I guy can buy a new JP rifle.
So I'm torn between selling the Bushmaster, taking that money and putting the modification money together and most likely another $500 to buy new JP rifle or spend the $1k on the Bushmaster
Anyone get stuck in this position or is this a no-brainier and I'm just having a brain fart?
Thoughts, Ideas, Suggestions or Criticism welcome.
Thanks ahead of time.
Michael
