Very nice. I'm limited to my garage for reloading until the kids go to college in 10 years.
I know what you mean. That is where mine was until now. The kids are all out of the house and I have staked my claim on the front bedroom!!!
I use a little bit of Nu-Finish too. I promise you are getting some dust. I couldn't tell it either for about a zillion loads until I opened up my garage door one day when the sun hit at just the right angle. It was a real eye opener. It's probably not a lot but that stuff goes wherever the air current takes it. Over time it will be everywhere. It's also probably not a big deal for us adults with common sense practices, but with little ones around I'd take every precaution I could.I don't get any dust out of my tumbler? Is it because I use polish in the corn cob?
I just started using the SS media last week and for what it's worth "F" the walnut crap! 2 hours in the SS then I rinse the brass off in the sink and throw it in the walnut for an hour to dry everything off and the brass comes out looking better than new, primer pockets are clean, flash holes, there is nothing left in the form of crud at all.
I'm still working on my little reloading area pretty much just need to figure out lighting but I can say it's pretty nice to be able to load in the house BUT all the brass prep is still done in the garage it's just too messy to be doing in the house.
Your off to a god start! let me know how loading in the chair works for ya, I never could get used to loading on the Dillon from a chair. Later,
Kirk
