Met Jim Scoutten of Shooting USA in the parking lot-heard that tenor voice of his "..and keep em in the ten ring" some distance away.

Very nice meeting. He posed for pic and said "Let's make it look like you are the Grand Master Champion!"

It was a great match and a good time. Boomershooter was very well represented. I saw quite a few jerseys running around. We had several forum members on our squad. Including our "squad mom" who was limping around on crutches. We are looking forward to next year.

I was standing watching Lena shoot the hardest stage of the match not paying any attention to who was beside me. Lena's rifle turned into a bolt action, she changed mags, and then ran out of ammo later. Huge let down for her I am sure.
Then I hear in that classic voice beside me...."that'll ruin your match." I turned and realized who it was, (I knew from the voice anyway.) Had to chuckle to myself.

Fun match, but not sure if we will shoot as competitors again, due to the random draw prize table.

We got 4th and 14th, got 1 tiny steel target to SHARE, so I guess you could say I got 1/5 of a steel target ? ? ? ?

Excellent match with a awesome squad of great people. It was a fun weekend with a fun squad and was good to meet and squad up with some boomershooters. I am already anxiously awaiting the 2017 match!
