Edmond is infected! The walking dead are among us and we will be swarmed with Zombies September 30th!

We will have special targets that will bleed Zombie green!! It'll be COOL!

There WILL be a lowlight stage!

You can bring any of the gun types listed in Post #1, but I want to emphasize, THIS IS A FUN MATCH! I'm leaning towards hicap, myself, just as I would if Zombies really invaded Edmond.

Further, I will allow CENTERFIRE RIFLE for this match only!

ALSO.....I will allow the shooter to use multiple guns for the match! One gun per stage, but you can shoot Stages 1 and/or 2 with your handgun, then shoot Stages 3 and/or 4 with a rifle or different handgun. It's up to you!

Why? Because this is for FUN!

Come on out and help us turn the Zombie horde back to Texas from whence they came!

That brings up the question: What's the ideal Zombie weapon?

The panel discussing the show "Walking Dead" opined that a crossbow was perfect, since those Zombies are attracted to the sound of gunfire and the crossbow was silent. Ok, but rate of fire is woefully slow.

My choice would be a suppressed 10-22 with hicap mags.

What's yours?

Any semi-auto .22 rifle w/hi-cap mags and a sound suppressor for me, at least untill ammo runs out, then I might go with an old fashond bow and arrow. It doesn't have the power of a crossbow but at least has a better ROF. Plus you can always make ammo for a bow. Once .22 ammo, or any ammo for that matter, runs out it's out. And when all else fails break out the machete and swing away

awesome, that was all conner brought away from the match sunday night, that there were going to be bleeding targets! Now I will be able to run the sks I've built for just this purpose! Should be awesome!
