YouTube/cell phone camera question

Anyone know what the best video setting is for posting to YouTube with a Galaxy S4? Looks awesome on my phone but not so much after uoloading.

Bob...I have a Samsung Note 2. I'm not sure but I'm guessing we'd have the same or similar options on the camera to chose from...

Here's what mine is set on for reference

Recording Mode: Normal
Effects: no effect
exposure value: 0 (as in zero)
resolution: 1920x1080
white balance: auto
outdoor visibility: off
guidelines: off
anti-shake: ON
video quality: super-fine

I hope that helps some, my videos typically aren't bad, exept for the slow ass action figure actor in them

Slow ass action figure....like a cheesy horror flick where the demonicly possessed creature moves in fast jerky motions? I think I see my problem. LOL!
