WTT SKS & AR Rail Adapter for 10/22 Rail

I have a pair of Barska picatinny rail adapters, one for an SKS and another for an AR-15 carry handle. I would like to trade both for a picatinny/weaver rail mount for a Ruger 10/22. Must be convenient to I-385 FTF.
