I have a Loki billet upper in OD green with an 18" double fluted stainless barrel, tactical compensator and a Loki handguard in .556.

I want and will only trade for a standard black Loki billet upper with a 300 BLK barrel .

This may be a dumb question but why not just swap the barrels, not trying to be an a** just honest question.

looks like he wants to go from green to black in the process

Gotcha I was just wondering since the Loki billets aren't made anymore thought that might be an easier option than trying to search for a whole new upper.

Not a dumb question. Seems like an odd request I know.
I just picked up this upper as an extra and being Loki is out of business, I figured it would be good to have. However my rifle is black. And I want to have a 300 blk out for hog hunting. I found a guy wanting to trade stripped upper only in black, which works out good. However figured I try to see if I could find someone to trade entire upper, so I wouldn't have to dismantle my upper and sell off pieces to get my 300 barrel.

That makes a little more sense. Good luck with your search I built a blackout SBR on one of their forged receivers and it is a blast to shoot.

I had been looking for Loki Billet Uppers to build a Beowulf and Grendel. I can't remember which forum I was posting trying to find one but had no luck. So I took DPMS Slick Uppers and milled them to fit my Billet Lower. Now I have my Wulf with a 16" barrel, Grendel with a 24" Barrel and a 223 Wylde with a 20" barrel. All of them together now and been shooting last week. Actually the Wylde today and is running great. All of them have JP Bolt Carriers and the Grendel and Wylde are using there LMOS and adjustable gas block. I got the Wylde dialed in today so its running smooth. The Grendel needs some adjusting still.

Anyhow your not stuck if you have a Billet Loki, they are at a 45 Degree angle and you can mill them easily but you do need to hand-file the radius where they transition to the 45 area. Actually they are so tight I cant even fit a piece of blue painters tape in the crack. I sued that to tap it and see where it was hitting to file to perfection.
