yeah, make no mistake. with a bit of work, you can make a howa a serious tack driver.

Not too shabby.
Mine is bone stock right now and I've been able to consistently get 1 inch groups @ 100 yards with factory Federal bulk pack 55grain .223's when I do my part.
Not bad for a factory gun shooting factory ammo
I've been very happy with my Howa.
