I found that Dawson Precision sells them on their website. All the used STI guns I've seen in the last four months except for one (USPSA Classifieds, Enos, Gunbroker) are running >$2K, and Dawson's new units are $1750 or so. I hope you can find a better deal; this stuff is expensive.
