Sold/Expired WTB Ruger target tactical 10/22

Looking for a Ruger 10/22 target tactical VLEH 16 1/8 bull barrel, black hogue stock with bipod.

Also looking for 12ga dummy rounds can find any in stock.

12 ga dummy rounds can be built by anybody with a reloader.
I have one. If you can't find somebody local, I'm sure we can work out something that would be reasonable for all involved.
