I'm looking for a Hi Point model 995 (9mm) or 4095 (40 S&W) carbine in good condition at a decent price. I can buy online for about $200 inc. shipping & transfer fees but I'd rather deal FTF with someone if possible and eliminate the paperwork hassle. Any takers?
