How often have you used your forward assist

A lot back in the day, and it wasn't in competition shooting.

I've have had to use it a couple of times when making up new loads. I've got several .223 uppers for different purposes, and one load doesn't fit all.

I was pretty anal starting out loading like a bolt gun and not a semi-auto. Two different methods of loading.
