Like the title says, I am looking for a 3.5lb connector for my new G34. Thanks.

They now come with the 4.5lb. I was hoping for someone local who just had one lying around so I wouldn't have to order.

Outdoor America used to carry them, but it's been several years since I have looked. Amazon will have it to you in a couple days if Outdoor America doesn't carry them anymore. YouTube has plenty of videos on the easy installation.

Get the light spring kit can't recall the PN from Brownell's and just polish the connector you have. I think the spring kit is like $10 I'll see if I can find it as I'm gonna need another kit. Later,

Kirk

The 3.5 connector has actually always been a 4.5. This was an oversight when converting metiric to US. At least thats what ive been told in the last 6 or so Armorer schools Ive had to attend.

Yeah, I can do the install in just over 1 minute so that's not a problem.

They did not mention this in my armorer's course on January 31.

My understanding on the 3.5# vs 4.5# is the difference int he old vs new trigger return spring and striker spring. Making the weight go from 3.5 to 4.5#.

Also there is a LOT of difference from one connector to another with my personal favorites being the Lone Wolf and the Ghost Rocket. Also the trigger bar itself will create a large difference.

Get the competition spring kit, replace the springs polish up your connector you have now and you'll have a nice 3# trigger, short reset, slight wall, and not too light. Later,

Kirk

I did buy 500 rounds of 147gr 9mm the other day. I would still like that connector though. ;-)

What he said

http://eu.glock.com/...s_connector.htm

2.0 kg / 4.5 lb. The 2,0 kg / 4.5 lb. connector marked with a small (-) has a softer Trigger Pull compared with the standard options and is particularly popular among sport shooters. Standard with GLOCK 34 and 35.

2.5 kg / 5.5 lb. Most GLOCK pistols are fitted at the factory with 2,5 kg / 5.5 lb Trigger Pull. In this way the trigger characteristics are optimally matched to the needs of most users with a defined point of depression.

3.5 kg / 8.0 lb. The 3,5 kg / 8.0 lb connector is marked with a (+). This is the spring for users appreciating hard "dry" trigger action. It is also characterized by a clearly sensible point of depression

You can have it. All you other guys, I've got a complete Vanek adjustable trigger set up, I'd sell for the right price. I've gone back to std in my 34. Not sure what it's worth. I shoot my 26 about as well as the 34 unless it's a long shot.
