a friend of mine just posted his RIA 9mm 5" tactical model on armslist for $450 with 3 mags.

Is Chad a friend of yours???? Him and I have done a few deals...As a matter of fact...I made him a deal on the Rock Island and he said he would let me know Monday....So, I might have came up with that one...or not...

Sure is, I've worked with Chad for 5 years or so now. We golf alot and have done quite a few deals as well. Really good people.
 
If I have traded for it...I will have to shoot it. I have wanted a 1911 9mm for awhile.

I will get with you first, if I trade for it, and if I deceide to let go of it...

Those 9mm 1911's are few and far between, and go fast. Stay on your toes and good luck. Go with the .45; ammo is about the same price these days.
 
That is the same one that I thought I was going to trade for last week...But, it fell through. The new owner put it up for sale....and, it is now owned by ME...

I hope to try it out in the next couple of days...Then, I will know if it stays here, or, goes...

If it goes, I will give Duck Ditch first shot at it...
