Took the CWP course August 3rd and received my permit today !!
55 days

wow me too!! I took my test on the same day and only checked the mailbox after reading your post! I thought I was going to be harassing them well into December but I never had to make a single phone call!

Only with regards to the government would people consider 55 days fast for filing some paperwork.

Yep, my wife took her class at the end of August, had to redo her fingerprints a week later because sled sent them back, then she got her permit 2 weeks ago.

took the CWP class in MAY.
sent the app. and paperwork in july.
received my permit september 9 ( my younger brother's birthday )
