Well, OK residents are not eligible for WI licenses (no non-resident WI license), and WI does not recognize OK licenses, for whatever reason.
My UT license covers WI, so I'm good to go see the Packers...handgunlaw.us has links to WI laws.

Not clear why any OK resident would want a WI course unless moving there?
