why rotate your ammo in your carry gun

this is a reason why its important to periodically empty the ammo from your carry gun magazines and rotate them. I got lax and this is the result of having the same round chamber time and again. Bullet on right was on top of magazine for too long. Left bullet is correct seating depth. Factory 9mm ammo BTW.

I guess having the slide push the round to battery over time drives the bullet into the case. I discarded the affected round as I thought it may not be safe to shoot.
