I go weekly. Once you learn what you are supposed to feel like, you don't want to go back.

I have a bulged disc that doesn't normally bother me, but when It starts to slip out a little further, the first thing I do is go to the bone cracker.

I used to fight it, and would end up going with pain killers and muscle relaxers for 6 weeks.

There are good ones and bad ones like any other profession. Find one that fixes you up, and stay with them.

I used to, now I go to a osteopath, Im not sure how its different or what one really is. I think its down to who they are that makes the difference, plus he says cool stuff like "Your L4/L5 has shifted slightly" ect
