I'm thinking about picking up one of these as just a fun gun with no real actual purpose!
If you were going to pick a fun gun that's just for the hell of it which (any gun not just my list) would you choose for yourself and why?

What would you choose from MY list?

I know which one……ok two I'm truly considering! But what would you do?

M1A Scout Squad , from your list.. if you reload Pricey to shoot if you don't. M1A's burn thru ammo quickly.
I used to shoot 50- 100 rds thru mine, every time I took it to the range.

As posted in another thread, I'd suggest an Ar-10 in it's place,
or an AR-9.. having fun experimenting with mine. 9mmis easier to load, & less expensive if you don't.

Love how easy it is to mount scopes, brass catchers,, bipods, and swap triggers on the AR format.
that, and + that they are so accurate.

I have two AR10s a PTR MP5 clone an AR9 pistol as well as 5.56 pistols on top of a few AR15s, oh and AK47 clones but no AK pistols…yet.
I'm all good with all them and looking for more "fun" guns just because:)

I just want to add one more thing about the M1A with the short barrel.

I love the M1A, I shot it in Comp for over 25 years all over & at every range from
200 to 1000m yards. The Short barrel will never let the super accurate 7.62 NATO
ever develop the Velocity to be a Rifle round, that will stabilize it's projectiles.

It's just my Opinion, & a vote for the M1A if it was with a full Barrel length.
