Which Winchester AA?

There are several different loads in the AA line. Which one do people tend to go with for 3 gun? I'm assuming it depends on which one patterns best, but is there a benefit in one load over another for a combination of 3 gun and skeet/trap/clays?

1 1/8 oz 1145, 1200, 1250, 1300 fps are all in my garage.

I shoot 1145fps as much as I can. If steel is heavy I'll choke up and or run 1250-1300's. The 1200's and 1250's I bought cause I was stocking up and that's all they had. Id say but 4:1 1145:1300 and you'll be good.

Also depends on your gun. I used to run 1200, until I added my XRail. Now I run 1300. I don'tneed it to run the gun, but it drops steel with more authority and helps with spinners. With the added weight of the XRail, I don't even notice the difference between shooting 1200 or 1300.

The Super Sporting Clays 1250 is the most common round around here. I guess the right answer is to stop asking questions about **** and go shoot, but since my shotgun is currently off getting the loading port and forend cut down more aggressively, internet **** is the best I have. Until tomorrow, anyway, when I start work on my barricade and rooftop prop.
