Which shot shells for matches?

What do you guys use? Obviously I'm shooting on the cheap, but I figure I can practice with wallyworld flats, and use better stuff in matches. After all, my pistol and rifle rounds are good stuff. I figure why pay for a match and use crap that don't run? Plus that is a variable I can eliminate if I continue to have feeding issues.

I run Winchester AA's or Remington Nitro. Primarily AA's because of the $2/box rebate they run twice a year. For practice I use Estate or federal bulk trash from Walmart.

I use the 1145 fps 1 1/8 oz 7 1/2 or 8 shot loads for easy targets and ill bump up to the 1300 fps loads for anything I think might need more knockdown.

Thanks! I'll benchmark with that. I tried to run Nobel 1300 fps last weekend that I picked up at the local clays club. Never heard of it before. It was suspect to me because many were leaking shot out of the crimp. I even tried some Remington stuff with 3 3/4 dram loads. By that time, mag tube was bound up, (I fixed it), but was like shooting an artillery piece. Hell, the recoil may have been what bound up the spring!

I usually run the federal bulk packs from Walmart, if not using those I go with the Federal target loads in the blue box.
