Where to get a key for my J-Frame.

First off I know that I should just remove the lock, but right now I am just going to leave it. I just got a used 642 with the lock and the original owner didn't have the key. Does anyone that has already removed their lock have a key lying around that they would like to get rid of or does anyone know anywhere that I could pick one up locally? I haven't called Smith and Wesson yet, but that will probably be my next step if I can't find one locally.

Is the lock locked? If not, don't lock it. Otherwise head down to a gun store and offer them $5 to use the key from a S&W revolver they have in stock and then forget about it.

No it isn't locked. All I was going to do was keep a key on my key chain just in case it was to ever lock. I didn't want one with a lock, but I got a good deal on it.
