Where to get a barrel cut, threaded, and pinned?

Anybody know someone local that can cut a barrel down and then pin and weld the comp?

I talked to Paul at Cutting Edge Arms in OKC at length and he seemed extremely knowledgeable on the subject. I'm gonna have him chamber and fit the action and barrel for my M40a5
