Where do you draw the line?

Fastest ccw belt draw is too slow, really

lI've had the gun "appear at the end of my wrist", too, but that's a function of misperception of the brain about how long it took.. like things" slowing down", tach-something it is called. Such things can't be measured, or reproduced upon demand, so you can't count on them. There's no way, in a pants pocket, for the gun to be pointed forward, and if there was, you couldn't get your hand on the butt to fire it.

you'd drag your kids into a gunfight, right? NOTHING says that some of those people don't have concealed pistols, at the least. I'm not going there, or doing anything, unless that neighbor is so "close" to me emotionally that I feel the same way as I would towards a beloved family member. Then I would DISCRETELY go see what was up, AFTER calling the cops, and WITH my phone visibly open and in my hand, my other hand "casually" in my front pants pocket, with a firing grip on the pistol. Only if immediate, violent response is necessary will anyone notice me, and hopefully "all" I will have to do is point the gun and yell "stop, POLICE". :-) NOT impersonating a cop, just yelling halt and calling for the cops in the same breath, you understand?
