To my mind this kinda wraps up the thinking processes of many involved with the occupy movement.
Swiped from http://injennifershead.com/?p=3842 a great read if you're into blogs:

Had a customer call in the other day wanting to cancel two lines on his account. I explained to him that since they were just started two months ago there would be a $xxx termination fee on the lines.

So I ask him why he is canceling them since they were just started. He says this;?Well, I got them added to help out the Occupy San Francisco movement and they don?t need them anymore. So can you, ya know, just cancel them and not make me pay the termination fee??

?Sir, it?s part of your contract so I can?t remove the fee.?

?But I don?t have a job and can?t afford them. Can?t you make an exception because of my hardship? They said you could do that.?

?Who said we could do that, sir??

?The Occupy San Francisco people.?

?Well, since they don?t work for <redacted> I doubt they know about how we can do things. Did you have a job when you got these lines??

?No.?

**I put him on hold and made sure I wasn?t being monitored**

?Let me make sure I understand this correctly. You signed a contract saying you were accepting financial responsibility for these new lines when you knew that you would not be able to afford them and now you want us to take care of your problem for you? Is that correct??

?Well, I?m just trying to help out the 99%, ya know?

?Sir, I am part of the 99% and I don?t expect anyone to take care of my bills but me. Maybe you should see if the Occupy crowd will bail you out, since that?s what you are wanting ? a bailout, just like the big banks you are protesting.?
