Honestly, I wouldn't order one unless you've handled it first. I've ordered a couple online that were supposed to be "perfect" for my gun, and they don't fit, are a POS, or hard as hell to get on and off. Go to a few local places, try them on, make sure they fit, make sure you get a good draw, make sure they're not rubbing uncomfortably, etc.
This is strictly for .... shooting limited.
Spec-Ops in OKC sells police/ems uniforms and equipment. Places like that, you can go in and check things out first.
Since he is looking for a competition holster, I recommend going to a match and test, fondle and inspect all of the holsters there and you will get a good idea of what you like. You will see KyTac, Triple Crown, Blade-Tech all being used at ajust about any local matches
