Leighton, it is all your fault that I am now looking for a 66 either 2.5" or 3". I found one on the S&W forum, but have to sell a few things to round up the lettuce for it. BTW, your 649 sure has a nice trigger pull on it. Did you do any work to it?

Dry fire, dry fire, dry fire, plus I use expended brass for the hammer nose to bump on. You'd be surprised how much you can dryfire while sitting watching TV, and everyone who shoots revolvers should have a Nagant for dryfire/trigger control practice, they have like a 15 to 20lb DA trigger pull.

Your gonna have better luck, and save some money, if you look more for the 2.5" 66 than the 3". Not many of the 3" 66's made, collectors scarf them the moment they hit the sales table. For what your likely to pay for a highly used 3", you could almost buy two 2.5" models. Besides once you get the 2.5" your gonna want a 4" to sit next to her.

OH, by the way, I will accept the blame!!!!! Your welcome too!!

One of these days I really have to find a Nagant to keep my S&Ws company. Neat guns.

Dennis, thanks for sharing. That M10 from Korea is pretty cool. Some time when you make it to the City for lunch you can tell me the story.

Just picked up my first K frame this week and shot it tonight. I now have a new love. Wont be long and that S&W 10-6 wont be the only one I have.
