What is the next firearm you plan to purchase?

I am torn between building an AR-15 or AK-47.

The reason is I really want to build something, it will mostly likely end up being used in 3 gun. Leaning towards AR-15 since I already have an AK. But having 2 AK means I have parts should they ever get banned again.

In the market for a Smitty Model 66 with a 3" or 2.5" snout, just as soon as I get some stuff sold. Got the "Wheelie Itch".

Big Boys guns out around Council and SH 152 has a peach on the shelf ... I dont recall the price.

I did the Beretta M9/92/96 thing... I like those guns ... but I really like the same trigger pull every shot. Plus the M&P is a lot lighter.

If I find a police trade Glock for cheap I may go that route...

I have one more kid to teach... so I am looking for a cheap gun that runs on cheap ammo.

That'll be the cheapest route (G17), as you well know. M&P's aren't cheap, especially the "Pro"

Another Glock 31 would be nice. I think GC is looking at picking up a couple of AR's from a co-worker though so I'll just have to wait.

I think I'd like a Walther PPQ once they are available at a reasonable price. I like my PPS and would like a higher capacity version the functioned the same way. I had a P99QA for a while, but the trigger was not satisfactory for me. The PPQ looks like a P99 mated with a Glock and if the pistol works as specified should be really nice.

Part of the "cheap" aspect should really be "replacable". The older boys just about wore out a beater 1911 and a reloading press.

The M and P seems to be able to handle a good workload, is fixable if it breaks and probably won't be a collectors item during our lifetime.
