I'm addicted to kicking ass
Now that's hilarious :85:
I'm glad someone caught my humor.

Ive heard a lot of good stuff about them but have never joined. If they helped kill open carry I'll have to get a member ship.
I was at a Dan Combs exibition that was put on at our SCHOOL! I can't imagine anybody getting to do this at current politicaly correct schools.Who all remembers Dan Combs? Paul Abel was good friends with him and they both did shooting exhibitions, Paul in Dan Combs' place sometimes.
And yes, I've been through his class and I wouldn't think of messing with him even at his age. He's one of those that can kill you with his hands, gun, knife or any combination of the same. And he can have it done before you even know you are in trouble.
They wanted training, a license from the state, and an age limit of 18 or close by.I've got to ask. What was it about open carry that you didn't like. Wording of the bill or something about it I have forgotten? I'm really working hard to suppress a gut response to someone who appears to be happy about and wants to support an organization that works to ensure that citizens are not allowed to take full advantage of the 2nd amendment.
That's basically what eventually passed the house only to be killed in the senate. The pretty much took the SDA law and removed every instance of the word "concealed". That's the nutshell version anyway and accomplished all of this. They wanted training, a license from the state, and an age limit of 18 or close by.
Hell, we used to put our .22's on our handlebars, and ride through town to the river to plink at 11 years old in my day. Times have changed.
I had several conversations with a couple of board members and just a regular ORA non-board member.I was at a Dan Combs exibition that was put on at our SCHOOL! I can't imagine anybody getting to do this at current politicaly correct schools.
I am in no way dissing Mr Able, and acknowlege his skills, but the 2nd ammendment is what it is. Its the right of citizens of the United States to bear arms. He is not the only person on the board that advised the legislature to vote against it.
It actually went beyond just the ORA.
Keep in mind, That at the last vote, the Dems changed their vote. Ken Luttrel was our rep from Kay county. He lost his job at the next election despite his A+ rating from the NRA.
Okies vote with their intelligence, not just because of a rating.
The board members that I talked to were worried that if it passed, just about every business owner would make their premises a no weapons allowed affair. They were probably correct in that too, but I told them as long as they left the verbage about violating that alone (a misdemeanor trespass charge if you refuse to leave when told), that I was willing to take the chance on it.
