As I've stated in other posts, I'm mainly a shotgun guy, but last year started shooting the IPSC matches at the Ponca City Rifle and Pistol club site. (shame-less plug here)
Have not had any formal instruction yet, but get lots of harassment from the guys I know. The harassment is really good advice in most occasions. They get a good laugh, and I get some "lessons"
I'm shooting Limited 10,on a 32 round stage, I forgot I had another mag in my pouch. Caught hell for that one
I'm learning.
Reloading some reliable loads is also something I'm working on. I'm an reloader thats willing to try anything within safe reason, and being new to the 1911 platform, I've found out some work and some don't. Its coming around though.
