That was way cool! I wonder what the distance was on those plates? I would haul a generator up there too if we could get permission. Actually, right now I would be happy if I could just get my membership card.

Like Micah said I don't think we can shoot after sunset at okcgc. I'm sure it's to keep peace with the neighbors. But a summer after work steel league has been my dream since I started.

We do a Wednesday evening sporting rifle shoot in the summers at Ponca. Its paper and offhand with no support at targets on the 100 yd range. Starts at 6pm.

The match director moved away, but we used to have a water cup shoot on Thursday evenings. Plastic cups full of water on a steel rail at 25 yds with .22 pistols, no support.

The cups had to be taken completely off the steel rail to count. Its amazing how a hit on the side will just generate a leak, and not take the cup off. A quick second shot is needed.

Waiting on .22 supply to pick up before we start that program up again. Cheap reactive targets that explode with a direct hit. The kids really love it because they get to blow elephant dung up with their parents permission.

You have to be a little more accurate than steel challenge but its a speed shoot.

At Oil Capital, we have lights, we have plenty of steel, and we can shoot until 10:00pm.
Might be more fun if we wait until we no longer have to wear our long johns...but.. Night match coming...

It's hard for me to get off work early enough to go set up.
But what about a Saturday night match?
(The video you posted gave me an idea for a ProAm stage. Will try it out tomorrow.)
