does that really look like a VTAC edition?

I told this guy it wasn't so he decided to tell me how I'm such a big idiot and do not know how to read.
what I don't get is why would some one buy a VTAC then remove everything that makes it a VTAC as he claims he did. looks like a regular M&P with a FDE frame to me. Sounds kinda fishy
