Vortex Razor 1-6x Reticle

Anyone shooting the 1-6 in the Mil reticle?

It seems to me that unless you are shooting exactly Jerry's loading that it is a refined poor mans Horus anyway. If so, wouldn't the MIL with the wind holdoffs be a slight improvement over the JM reticle?

Jerrys reticle is close enough for the generously sized targets we shoot. My Swarovski is in mild and the 500 & 600 yard holds aren't close. Either works though.

You just have to take it out and shoot it at those distances to see were it hits. I have a BDC reticle in my optic and with my barrel / ammo combo, it fairly close, but not dead on. M100 is dead on since that's were I zeroed. 200 is actually about 240, 300 is about 335, 400 is about 440, and 500 is about 550. But I know what they are, so I can hold were I need to to make the hits I want.

I used a balistics calcualtor and then shot to confirm to get my holds.
