USSA training groups.

I know everyone has heard about ussa's training group. They have started a new one Competition training group thought by Mike Seeklander. Training group are 2 hour blocks of training. Lots of the info taught is the same as his 110 class but spread out for people who cannot take the class for 3 days in a row. It is also a good refresher for people who took his class in the past.

There was 5 of us last night for the training group and just thought I would share about this class so we can get more people involved.

This class is on Wednesday at 530 pm. The next class will be March 11th

That training group sounds like a great way to get some training in during those times you would usually be just wasting the days away.

Yes sorry i ment April 11th. Yes this is a new training group they have just started. I did not think the word got out about it but its a great 2 hour evening training class.
