You did miss a good one! I doubt I'll make next month's because of the Noveske Multigun match, but maybe again in September.

This was an awesome match... I cant wait to come back. The Weather was HOT!! The Squad was Hotter!!!

Damn Fine Match USSA should be proud to be apart of it Thanks to all for the hard work it takes to set up and tear down especially in the heat.

normal match day is 4th sunday of each month.
This one had to be postponed a week, which is why it happened on 1st sunday.

Haha, that was pretty good on the shotgun stage. I mentioned to some other shooters that you looked like a chicken trying to find feed in a farmyard the way you were picking up random shells off the ground to finish the stage. Nice work!
I will say that I learned something on that stage..Michael Rush asked. .how did you know it wasn't a slug you picked up? I got lucky for sure on that note. .I looked but not that closely. We had a really long wait and I honestly just screwed up my preload wayyy before we shot so I actually learned two things in that stage..retention is another thing.

I hope your videographer doesn't quit his day job. I should have slammed a Dramamine before hitting play!
I would have fired him for such amateur angles but I didn't want to cause an awkward ride home if you know what I mean.

UPDATE!!!
Well everyone I finally have all the scores and will be posting them directly after this reply in the match results section. I want to address something openly on the forum before posting. After Sundays match I received a few emails from shooters concerning a possible timer malfunction for a shooter on stage 1. I wanted to be sure of the scores , do some investigation and consult a few of my mentors on how to proceed before posting. In summation one of our shooters Blaise Sanford had the fastest time recorded. There was a question as to if the timer caught all of the shots. I have spoken to a number of shooters present and reviewed the video. I can confirm there was a question at that time of a malfunction and the squad handled it amoungst themselves without consulting me. The time posted was within 3 seconds of the next shooter, and a few more from third place . All three normally shoot against each other in many of the matches and are usually neck in neck. It is my opinion from what I saw that the score was the result of a great run. I cannot ascertain definitively whether or not their was a malfunction. I do not feel it is right to throw out the entire stage as it affects far more shooters than the top 2 if I do so. In fact if that stage was disallowed First and Second still doesn't change, Blaise still has the outright match win. I did speak with Blaise privately before this post as he is someone I respect greatly as do many of you I'm sure. In fact truth be known to all, had it not been for the constant goading from the Sanfords I would not have ever shot my first three gun match. In light of all of the bad press recently regaurding shady scoring at a few matches I took this matter very seriously and wanted to make sure to address it right now so everyone can be assured of my integrity and my matches integrity. I work very hard to put together a match that is fun, challenging and fair. I would like to take a moment to remind everyone both new and vetran shooters that in the event of a scoring or timing issue EVERY SHOOTER HAS AN EQUAL VOICE. Should you every have an issue at any of my matches any issues should be brought to my attention immiediately. It is not a popular vote or shooters council decision. The final call comes from the MD.
Well Its time to post the scores and get started designing the new stages for our match on 7-27-14. again thanks to everyone that attended, you make the match a success. And congratulations to Blaise Sanford for shooting a match win, this post was worded with the most respect intended for a fellow shooter, I hope it is read in that manner. Until next time stay safe shoot fast (and accurate).

He smoked the stage. It was the squads opinion that the time was right for the run and a reshoot would have been not necessary. Many of us on the squad have shot many three gun matches and I am pretty sure if we would have come asked you about the issue, you would have agreed. :)

Good match Blaise!!

Bryan, first, thank's for all the hard work you put in to making these matches the best around. Not only are you designing stages unlike anything available at most clubs you are really concerned with the image of your match. I'm not blowing smoke when I say you've taken on a job that most wouldn't/ couldn't care to do and you're doing it successfully. It says a lot that 90% of the shooters shooting your match are willing to drive for hours just to get sunstroke and burn $$$. Thank you and USSA for having the vision and drive to put on these matches.

As far as the timer problem goes, I burned down the stage period, sorry somebody didn't like it. I apologize for not calling the MD for a ruling but I was busy getting ready to burn it down again when they said they had it figured out and the time was good. If I'd of known what kind of Drama this was going to cause I certainly would have hollered at Bryan right then. If there's a true question of my ability the scores should show it thru the rest of the match. If it's a question of my integrity, step up cat lady!

One more update. for some reason the scores didn't have 2 TI shooters and one OP shooter on it. Ive updated it and posted corrections on the match updates
