Guys I hate to do this, but I have to cancel tomorrow's match. I got caught up in some family stuff today which did not let me get to USSA until 3.
I planned on building on the IDPA stages, but there is just not enough there to work with to make a match I would be happy with presenting. I am alone on set up, so I just can't make them into what I would like by myself.
The last thing I want to do is put on a half ass match.
We will regroup next month and have a match worth you all traveling to.

Clearly this happened because of USSA's preference of 3-gun over 2-gun

3 gun at USSA was canceled in March.......
Why?? Same reason! Lack of help to set up!!!
It's not reasonable for one or two guys to set up quality stages to have a good match. Are there not any local shooters willing to help make these matches possible???

In general there is a lack of volunteer help for matches at USSA. Two guys set up the IDPA match, and to me the quality of the stages reflected the lack of help.
Poopgiggle is an exception, he helps set up matches he does not even shoot.
Even with some range guy help, it still takes shooter help to make these matches happen.
