OK how about this:

I defend my dissertation on June 24th. After that, I am fully prepared to man up and volunteer to be the new USSA USPSA match director.

Imagine that: a guy who willingly chose the name "poopgiggle" running the major USPSA match in the Tulsa metro area. A guy who, while setting up the match, is probably still half drunk on malt liquor and hooker spit from the night before. I'M A REGISTERED DEMOCRAT FOR ****'S SAKE.

Is that what you want? No? Then one of you better figure it out.

I doubt many from OKC shoot USPSA at old fort, but many of the most active USPSA shooters in Tulsa are regulars at the old fort match. It's kind of a given that established matches try not to canibalize each other.

Or

2nd sunday of the month

IF I am going to try and do the match I would prefer the 1st sunday of the month.

I would like to see the match stay on the same day it has always been. 4th Sat if I remember right. I can't shoot Sunday matches very often.

I will support the match whatever day is chosen. If i have to choose between steel challenge or uspsa on the first sunday, well at least there will be a wealth of choices! If its on the second Sunday, well that might be a two match weekend! We need a Tulsa uspsa match!!

Don't be labeling me that yet Jeff! I am just "in talks" with them at this point. Now that Jade is out for a while I need to go to karen or david and talk about possible dates etc.
