USPSA @ USSA

John Zane starting full time employment at USSA in two weeks. He should be a friend to the process. Perhaps he can usher in the Poopgiggle Dynasty. .............And if that doesn't work, any idea what it would take to resuscitate the relationship with that "experienced" crew that did such a great job for years? Last time John went to work for USSA a bus ran over him.

I can't speculate, but doubt MD will be part of Transformer Zane's new job description. I just meant he knows the benefit match shooters can bring to the facility. I would like to think whatever attitude led to the situation precipitating the original super crew to throw up their hands and quit would have never occurred had someone like John been on staff, or if Jay hadn't been out on a family emergency that week. .......Poopgiggle, watch Braveheart for inspiration, apply the war paint, and fulfill your destiny. I second your nomination to lead the next era of Tulsa USPSA.

In all seriousness I need to graduate before I take on that kind of responsibility.

Also seriously you don't want me to be match director.

IDK, lots of college grads to choose from, but Match Directors? Recruiters knees will become week when you throw that on the table.

Actually it would be 3!
Ponca Saturday, USSA Sunday morning and H&H Sunday night.
I'm in!
Three matches now ATA , Ponca on Saturday and H&H sunday night

First Sunday is Steel Challenge at USSA

The second Saturday is IDPA at USSA which would limit your setup time.

The third Sunday is open at USSA but conflicts with the excellent Old Ft USPSA match.

I didnt think steel challenge was still going, is it?

I can't do Saturdays on a set schedule because I work every other weekend. And that means I cant be certain that I will be off that saturday every month.

I wouldnt do third sundays because of old fort. So it would have to be one of the first two sundays because 3 gun is 4th sundays.

I pretty sure Steel Challenge will continue. It's a big match and there is no setup required. I think USSA is going to end up running it in house.

But, I don't know for sure. I'd contact John Zane or Chris Collins. They are both new, but they are both smart and customer service oriented. I talked to Chris about Steel Challenge this morning. He's going to find out what is going on.

If you work the Saturday before the match, when are you going to set up?

I only work half days on saturdays and plan to set up in the afternoons on saturdays. With it staying light longer it leaves plenty of time for afternoon/evening set up.

Cool, you are one of the few guys I can think of that could do a great job with the match. Let me know what I can do to help.

So run two matches on the 1st Sunday. We run two matches at ATA on the 2nd staurday some people shoot steel challenge and some shoot USPSA
