You cannot do it at the match.
You need to go online & join.
But, you don't need to be registered to shoot the match.
You'll just leave the space for your number blank.

I joined USPSA at HandH, I guess Shannon handled everything. Im not sure you can still do it though. You might ask when you get there. Im pretty sure if sign up monday your scores for the match with find you.
