USPSA Classifier Match @ H&H Gun Range Sunday February 13th

If you have 10 differnt classifiers scored with USPSA, the best 4 are used. Sometimes you will shoot a classifier you've already shot. It only helps your rank if you do it better than you did before & the score can then be used as 1 of the 4 to determine your ranking. Rankings start at D & go up from there.

Ok, cool.

I knew it was something like that, I thought it was 10 though.
Good info to have, thanks.

I emailed Shannon today about it. She is waiting on approval from the section coordinator before making it official.

You need to get approval from the SC to run a classifier match? If so I better get on the ball b/c I was thinking about doing at classifier match for our 3rd Sat match at ITPSC.......

Shannon told me that she needed permission. I'd give Mr. Raglin a call.

im hoping all the white stuff is melted.. im def shooting single stack, but haven't decided on the second gun yet...

Also I joined USPSA last Friday online but do not have any paper work as of yet.
Does that create a problem to participate this Sunday?

Just FYI for you and anyone else that wants to join the USPSA and be classified:
If you're not a member or dont have your membership number yet, the USPSA is usually very good about picking up your scores anyway. Lots of people join after shooting a match or 2, and their 'pre-membership' scores almost always get put into their classification record if they join within a month.
So, dont put off a match because you're not a member yet.
YMMV.

Wow! That thing was huge!!! I'd be curious as to what the largest indoor USPSA match ever was. I got a feeling we just shot it.

With these kind of numbers we should have more Nationals slots than we know what to with.

I guess that makes sense. 4*22 = 88. Plus those 5 or so jack-wagons shooting 2 guns. :)

What about those of us shooting one gun in two divisions ;)

Great match tonight, went really smoothly for having so many people shooting. That was my first match at H&H, I think I'll be back for sure.

kudos to Shannon and the rest of the crew.... mike pinto kept our squad in line and wouldn't let us joke around at all..... very good and fun match, didn't get back home till 12:30 was the only draw back...

Results are posted here. http://www.boomershooter.com/forums/index.php?/topic/1547-2-13-11-uspsa-hh-gun-range/

I thought about coming down again for this match. Im glad i chose not to not getting over till 1230 would have been a late drive home for me to work today.
